What To Expect

1. The daily livestream begins each day with some nice deep breathing and

gentle stretching. Then we move

into some lovely morning

mindfulness practice. 

2. After we're awake and alert,

we shift into some cerebral activity

to shake out the cobwebs and fire up

the neurons! Our cognitive activities are

to improve brain health for better memory
and sharper recall, reaction and processing. 

4. Every day is a new insight, information or lesson on building and maintaining total wellness to inspire and empower

independence. Get expert advice

on what it takes to age-in-place

with confidence. Learn about

strategies to safeguard your

health for years to come.

3. From gentle stretches and chair

yoga to strengthening, balance and

cardio, there's something for everyone!

OT exercises target both large muscles and

fine motor skills to keep you in tip-top condition.

Join us every morning for some      fun and uplifting occupational therapy to rebuild the strength and balance you need to maintain your independent, healthy lifestyle.

We start with some morning mindfulness and guide you through some therapeutic activites to build your body, mind and spirit.

Ya Learn Something New Every Day!

In this exciting activity, members choose something fascinating, unique, beautiful or funny to show & tell the group about...anything that strikes your fancy or is impactful in your life is perfect!

Members love to see and hear about your experiences, momentos and history.  So, whether it's a treasure from a foreign land, a famous autograph, or your great-grandmother's secret Italian recipe, (yes, please!) bring it to Show & Tell.
