Our Story

"You are never too old to set another goal

or to dream a new dream."  ~ C.S. Lewis

Our guiding principal is that retirement age is a life stage with its own distinct character that offers a unique period of growth, where the choices we make can maximize our life satisfaction, build health and infuse our lives with meaning.

Home OT Daily offers a hybrid occupational therapy/social community program that advocates and supports aging in place. By incorporating meaningful activities to promote eager participation, we weave social interactions into everyday life and our community is richer for it.

With 25+ years of senior care, we have the skills, insight and experience to help detect and solve issues that can compromise health and independence. Best of all, we deliver proactive, quality aging and wellness care to you, in the comfort of your own home.

What Is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational therapy is a science-based health care profession that helps you successfully complete the functions of daily life (your "occupations") and to live your life to the fullest, according to your goals and wishes.

OTs perform a whole-person (holistic) assessment of you, your environment, your values, perspectives and goals to identify the deficits limiting you from engaging in the things that you want and need to do on a daily basis as well as the strengths you possess to build upon.

These things include self-care and daily living, work, leisure, tasks, and community engagement. OTs are experts at adapting your environment, helping you to manage or regain skills after injury or illness through rehabilitation and working with you to build and maintain optimal health.

The goal of occupational therapy is always to optimize and promote an improved quality of life, where you are empowered to live as independently as possible.

Our Logo

Hope. Love. Inspiration.

"Home" and "OT" are depicted graphically in our logo

as the foundation of our aging-in-place philosophy.

Home represents love, family & friends who gather there.

The three birds are those family and friends who are

free to "fly-in" (via the internet) at anytime for a visit.

"Birds of a feather who flock together" are the Home OT Daily community who meet up each day in our "Together At Home"

Forum to enjoy common interests and companionship.

"Three Little Birds"  a song by the legendary Bob Marley

very nicely spotlights our mindfulness approach to living well and reminds us: "don't worry 'bout a thing,

cuz every little thing is gonna be all right."
